    Description

    ZM-13a-PSM-1 Military Insulation Test Set / 0 - 100 Meg Ohm Meter.
    This is a military version similar to the Biddle Megger.
    It uses a built in hand crank generator that produces 500 Volts for a high voltage test. No batteries to replace.
    The calibration is excellent. Functionally it is in very good condition.
