Mark: Dog Tag is Marked with an O before his ID # indicating he was an Officer with T-42 50 which meant this Officer received his tetanus shots in 1942 and 1950. Napkin Holder is Marked LTC Hyten
Size: Napkin Holder Ring is 1 inch by 1 1/2 inches

We offer combined shipping for multiple military items that end within 3 business days.  Please contact us if you would like to buy multiple items that end on different days. Please DO NOT PAY for items until we send a combined shipping invoice after the last item has ended.
Once an item is paid for, we have to ship within 1 business day as per eBay rules and therefore will not be able to offer combined shipping if you pay for multiple items on separate days unless otherwise arranged.
Our combined shipping rule is highest rate first and then per each additional item within 3 business days for Domestic (US) and .50 per additional item International.  Military items ONLY.
