    Vintage USN International Silver Company silver plated, handled round serving bowl.
    Used by the United States Navy.
    8 inch diameter x 2 3/4 inch high.
    Marked on the bottom:
    U.S.N. International Silver Co.
    x1340
    Original patina is noted, but still quite shiny.  I'll let you polish to your liking.
