    You are bidding on a hard to find Timely Template House Plan Template no. 3210. This template comes with the sleeve, which is often very hard to find. It measures 6 3/4 x 5 1/4 in. It is in tact, but does have some wear of the markings on the template. Luckily, the back of the sleeve has all of the print on it to identify the templates if you cannot read them. These are not easy to find, so bid on this today.
