Vemco Drafting Machine 2100 / 24 with 9P-5 Scale

Vemco Drafting Machine 2100/24. Condition is "Used".
Needs cleaning and shows some wear but appears to function well.  Something stuck on outside of protractor adjusting wheel, looks like glue.  I pulled some off so it will clean up.  I pulled more off and added a photo to show the difference and so you would not think the line across the wheel was a crack, it was just the glue.  Wheel works fine and does not appear to have any damage.
Comes with 9P-5 scale.
