    These new, old stock pencils are from a 1998 USPS SOAR (Saving of America's Resources) campaign from the Alabama District. These pencils are made from recycled mail and are a great class set or educational tool/prop when teaching about the environment and recycling. Set of 28, unused, unsharpened, pencils as shown.
