Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer, if we can help by taking care of the matter, we will, but it is stated here not to be our obligation; Andy's Equipment is not responsible for any damaged incurred through shipping. however we will definitely stick by your side and assist you in any claim you make against the shipping company in an unfortunate event of some damage by the that company while handling your shipment.
Also, in the unfortunate event that the manufacturer has the item ordered on backorder - we would notify you as soon as we were made aware ( usually with-in 24 hrs. ) in this case we would outline the lead time on when you could expect to receive the item ( rare but could be even 1-4 months ) - this is rare but does happen from time to time and this can be greatly affected by any hard-times the country may be experiencing. Also, if you ordered an item and it was said to be on backorder from the manufacturer, then you always have the opportunity to cancel the sale after being made aware of the situation - so no worries!
