Silver bowl marked Reed & Barton 5 with ornate scrolled handle, unique pretty

Description

This bowl has a beautiful handle . I can't remember where I got it but I've had it for awhile.
It is marked Reed & Barton 5 on the bottom and under that there is some other markings scratched
in but I can't read them. It is tarnished and there is a rough spot on the inside bottom (I couldn't pick
it up in the photos). It is about 1 inch by 1/2 inch.
The entire piece measures 2 inches from bottom to top, 7 1/4 inches from end of bowl to end
of handle. Just the bowl part measures 5 inches across and it is 1 7/8 inches deep.
No one smokes here but we do have a dog.
