REFURBISHED 4" Gorman Rupp / Ford DIesel Trash Pump ONLY 138 ORIGINAL HOURS

Description

We are offering for sale this refurbished Gorman Rupp 4" trash pump. This is powered by a Ford 268 ci 4 cyl diesel engine. This machine came from a municipality in Virginia where it was a back up pump source for their sewer treatment plant. It was only used a few times while at that facility. The bulk of the hours on the machine is from starting and test running it several times a year. The machine only has 138 original hours on it when we received it and brought it into the shop for refurbishing. We fully dis-assembled the pump unit and cleaned and checked all the parts, then re-assembled the unit with new gaskets and shims to set the pump up to factory specs. The engine was serviced with new oil and filters. The radiator was sent off to be cleaned and flushed. Everything was taken apart, blasted, and re-assembled to be like new. The trailer unit was also serviced with new seals and bearings, as well as new tires, wheels, and lug nuts. We repainted the entire pump unit with industrial polyurethane enamel. This also comes with a new aluminum fuel tank, alternator, lights & wiring, battery, jack, and aluminum cam-lok couplers. We also replaced the original tach with a new Murphy tach and hour meter due to the old gauge having a cracked face. We are including a picture of the old gauge to verify the original hours, so this machine has a new hour meter showing less than 1 hour but actually has 139 hours.
