Post WWII WW2  US Army Large Canvas Garment Bag Japan Army of Occupation Painted.  Bag painted on outside M/Sgt Stanley Holsey RA 6845357 Sapporo Hokkido Japan on one side and stenciled with name and RA # on reverse.  Also stenciled name on underside.   Large bag measures 25.5" across and 36" when unfolded.  Leather handle is coming loose in areas as shown.  Dusty and dirty inside.  Canvas is stiff but zippers work. Talon zippers date between 1930s - 1940s.  Bag has holes and damage from carpet beetles.  Bag was stored in sealed container with moth cakes for an extended period to kill any remnants.  Bag has been vacuumed, but may need more cleaning.  See photos.
