    ORIGINAL WWII SEABEES "U.S. NAVAL CONSTN BTN 146" PENNANT. BELONGED TO MY STEP-FATHER WHO SERVED IN THE U.S. NAVY AT OKINAWA LATE IN THE WAR. Overall condition is excellent BUT there are several small flaws as the photo indicates. Downsizing so this has got to find a new home. Good luck bidding!
