For your enjoyment, I have the 1963 IRWIN HOT ROD Roadster Car from 1963.  I'm sure this item was played with, but it was taken VERY good care of, and looks extremely nice for its age!
These are the only issues I see:
It is missing the Red Roll Bar, but there are some reproductions of the roll bar that can be found on eBay if you want to replace it.
One Chrome Piston on the motor is broken off and missing.
Someone got slap-happy with some tiny little decals that are in several places......the door, windshield, trunk lid and a few other spots.  I think these could most likely be removed safely, but it's totally up to the buyer.  These decals appear to be very lightweight and similar to decals for Model Cars, and not like paper stickers that peel and stick.
The "Chrome" parts still have a lot of shine ~ not like new by any means, but they reflect light well and look really nice, though there are some light scratches, rubs, etc.  The Interior is VERY White and Clean with only a couple of scuffs that I can see.  All moveable parts appear secure.
This item is approximately 18 inches long and will require a large box for shipping.
