    Description

    Nick Etten NY Yankees 1940's Denkert Model BM15 1st Baseman's Glove- RARE. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
    Excellent condition for being over 80 years old.  Lacing original and in great shape , stitching good, no hole or rips.  No writing, piping OK, leather soft and pliable.  Etten played 1st base for the Yankees from 1943 t0 46 and was on the 1943 Championship team.  This is a rare glove I've had in my collection since 2004.  Not played with only cared for.  Its a small glove measures about 9" x 7".  Very little flaking on inside. Could be for a youth but fits my hand, its in very good shape and could be still used (but don't it's a collectible). Look good at photo'd for better idea of condition.  From a smoke free home that cared for it.
