A couple small "dots" inside the bowl that should polish out along with only the inside of the bowl.
No heavy scratches or plating damage.
The age of this item are unknown.
This is a estate sale find.
Buyer is to review all pictures for flaws.
We do minimum of polishing, buyer must polish to achieve proper luster.
