I purchased these brand new and put them directly into the foily Ultra-Pro MTG Graphic sleeves, each match the Commander card. I'm not sure if I ever even played with these decks. I think they're unplayed or only played for one session.
To me, these cards are in NM condition. But I must say they are lightly played for the sake of saving myself the headache later when someone finds the smallest little ding on a single card or something.

This is a pretty good price considering they are barely even touched, sleeved to match, and already in boxes. You're not missing anything but the retail box they came in!

I'm trying to sell my cards for the cheapest on eBay. That is, at the time of listing anyway. The offer button is there if you dare to use it.
This deck will be shipped inside the oversized Ultra-Pro deck box. Wrapped in bubble wrap and put inside a shipping box. The commander will be sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard and placed inside the box.
