    Balalaika is in good condition!
    Russian folk three-string plucked musical instrument with a body of triangular shape. Characteristic methods of sound extraction are clattering and tremolo - strikes with the index finger on all the strings at the same time. The most famous Russian instrument, which, along with the harmony, has become one of the symbols of the musical creativity of the Russian people.
    A.V. Lunacharsky Musical Instrument Factory is an enterprise founded in 1926 in the city of Leningrad. The largest enterprise for the production of musical instruments in the USSR
    The factory produced a complete family of balalaikas and domras, as well as gusli, harps, acoustic guitars, twelve-string guitars and electric guitars, mandolins.
    The chief designer of the factory was Lev Bandas Bandas, author of books on the manufacture and repair of plucked musical instruments, and the construction and repair of harps. It was also the first domra of the orchestra of folk instruments of the Lunacharsky Factory. In the early 1960s, L. L. Bandas was awarded the VDNKh silver and bronze medals for the development of two models of guitars with 610 and 650 mm gauges.
    Specialists of the factory: Belov Serafim Ivanovich, Minin Andrey Efimovich. Masters in the manufacture of tools: Sirotkin Mikhail Artemovich (guitars) and others. Factory director - Sergey Petrovich Prokhorov. The chief master of the mandolin workshop is P.V. Ogloblin.
    In 1932, a scrap workshop was created in which children's toys were made from production waste.
    In 1934, the factory manufactured 390 thousand musical instruments, in 1948 - 350,824. In 1956, 1,500 people worked at the factory. The average annual production of this period amounted to 600,000 tools.
