Antique REED & BARTON Silver Soldered Dish 1392 over 7 with Crest. A beautiful oval shaped dish with unique design. An ornate crest appears on the front....possibly a Railroad crest??
It is clearly marked:

There is a small symbol under the 7 that I cannot decipher. It has some small areas of wear and a few dings, but overall, a nice piece of history. Weighs 12 ounces and measures: approx 7.5"W x 5.25" x 1.5" in depth. Please see all photos.
